When you buy a gift certificate: 

  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
  • The recipient will receive a notification email with the certificate details attached.

Gift Certificate FAQs

Q: Where can I locate my gift certificate?
If you are unable to find the gift certificate you purchased in your email inbox, please check any "spam" or "junk" folders in case the message was flagged. Gift certificates can only be re-sent to the original customer’s email address.


Q: Are customers taxed for gift certificates?
No. Sales tax is not applied to the gift certificate itself. Sales tax is applied when the gift certificate is used to purchase from the store. 


Q: Can customers use multiple gift certificates on the same order?
Yes. Gift certificates can be stacked.


Q: Are customers able to check the balance of gift certificates?
Yes. Customers can check the balance of their gift certificates by clicking on Gift Certificates in the top menu, selecting Check Gift Certificate Balance, then entering in the code.


Q: Will Automatic Promotions affect gift certificates?
No. Gift certificates are excluded from Automatic Promotions. However you can use the gift certificate when purchasing products and all current promos and discounts will automatically apply to the total of your order.


Q: Where can TBN Shop Gift Certificates be used?
Gift certificates can only be redeemed online to purchase all products offered at https://shop.tbn.org and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates or on any other website.


Q: Do Gift Certificates Expire?
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date so use it whenever you’re ready to make a purchase. You can also contact our Customer Service team at the tbnshopsupport@tbn.tv email address if you need further assistance.


Q: When can I expect a response to my request for help?
We operate Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on CST and will respond to all requests within 24 hours.
